What’s up everyone! My name is JoAunn Rivers, I am the Founder of JRivers Photography and a Louisville, KY native. I grew up with the aspirations to one day become a professional basketball player where I could live a life pursuing my passion. I played all throughout high school and then was able to play at the collegiate level before facing multiple ACL injuries which ended my basketball career. At a young age, I was faced with the challenge of having to redefine myself in the midst of losing my first love, basketball. By diving deeper internally, I was then able to identify a new passion through storytelling with a lens.
As a creative, I have been capturing individuals’ life milestones for the last 5 years of my freelancing career. My ability to connect with you and cultivate an experience designed towards your personal story is what makes me unique.
